Definition: 意味
To point; To hold up; To apply (liquid); To shine
- To direct one’s finger or gaze towards something or someone (e.g., 指を差す).
- To open or hold up an object above one’s head or body (e.g., 傘を差す).
- To apply a liquid substance (e.g., eye drops) to a specific part of the body.
- To cast light upon something (e.g., 日が差す).
