The character 題 is composed of 頁 (page, head) and 是 (this, right). It originally meant to set a subject or topic on a page, hence evolving to mean title, topic, or problem.

How to Write – Stroke Order

The kanji 題 is written with 18 strokes. The radical 頁 (おおがい) is on the right side. The strokes are generally written from left to right and top to bottom. Pay attention to the correct order of the components.
