How to Write – Stroke Order

The kanji 適 is written with 14 strokes. Begin with the radical 辶 (shinnyō) by writing the top right stroke, then the long diagonal, followed by the horizontal stroke. For the right side, write the top horizontal, then the vertical, another horizontal, then the short diagonal to the left, followed by the vertical stroke. Complete the bottom horizontal, followed by two short horizontal strokes on the right, and finally the bottom dot for the shinnyō radical.
