unscrupulous; malicious; garish
- Describes methods or behavior that are wicked, underhanded, or devious.
- Refers to something done in an excessively bad or morally questionable way.
- Can also describe colors, tastes, or smells that are gaudy, garish, or excessively strong to the point of being unpleasant.
